He has about 30+ years of rich entrepreneurial experience with his strongest portfolios being in Business Management, People Management and Finance. Varma plays a crucial role in leading the organization growth and believes in building greater futures for our teams, clients, and the society at large, by providing a platform for the next generation of professionals to don his mantle.

Director
Raman, who has been with the company since its inception in 2011, has expertise in various functions. A Technocrat of 35 years in Technology, Finance, and Business Operations, he was instrumental in launching the company to greater heights of success. His exceptional business acumen and financial acuity have time and time again, presented the company’s management team opportunities to be present in the right place at the right time for favourable business conditions. His in-depth knowledge and past experience in the Telecom Industry played a pivotal role in the design and development of telecom products during the emergence of public telephones in India.

Savitha A D

Chief Executive Officer
Savitha is a passionate professional and an inspiring leader. She has more than 25+ years of industry experience, and an excellent track record of successfully motivating and driving teams to realize their full potential. With her combined capabilities of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, Savitha has contributed significantly to business growth and continues to lead the development and implementation of the organization’s overall strategy. Prior to her association with Klaus, she had successful stints at diverse positions in various companies such as Ionidea, Valtech and Societe Generale.

Rajashree Sampath

Director - Human Resources
Rajashree is a multi-faceted personality with hands-on experience in leading several crucial business units of Klaus. Her dynamic experience of over 28 years is reflected in her handling of such crucial businesses as Recruitment & Staffing, Foreign Language Translation & Localization. She was a key contributor in building an extensive training-cum-deployment model under Staffing Delivery as her passion is in training fresh talent and building young teams. Rajashree has taken over the role of Heading Human Resources in Klaus. In her new role, Rajashree will bring her rich experience to enlarge the reach of this crucial function. She has a long record of accomplishment of having worked effectively with several established companies like Mastek, NeoIT and Vista Info Systems.

Sheela Naveen

Vice-President – Staffing
Sheela Naveen has a proven track record of being a go-getter. With her grit and determination, she has taken over as the Vice President – Staffing, overseeing Staffing Delivery at Klaus. She has been associated with Klaus since 2011, and has an overall experience of 18 years, with predominant expertise in Project Management & Delivery. Sheela will continue to focus on mining current accounts to grow the business with our existing clientele. Prior to joining Klaus, Sheela had worked with companies such as Wipro and Vista Info Systems in various domains including IT Infrastructure Management Services.

Raghu G

Chief Financial Officer
Raghu, the youngest member of the Leadership Team, is a key player in Klaus. He is the right combination of youth, grit, expertise, talent and acuity in his role as Chief Financial Officer at Klaus and has proven to be a true example of young talent being garnered to take on the reins of a thriving business. He oversees Strategic Planning & Control, Project Financing, Budgeting and General Management in his portfolio. Raghu has a little over 10 years of experience in Klaus.

Karthikeyan S

Chief Technology Officer
Karthik leads all industries’ delivery organizations globally. He oversees the service lines in Technology Practice. He is responsible for implementing best practices in delivery and creating solutions across our horizontal practices. Karthik is a techno-functional Senior Leader with over 19 years of cross-functional experience in IT Operations, Project & Program Management, Account Management and Strategy. Prior to joining Klaus, Karthik had spent 9 years in the Cards & Payments Function in Banking and Financial Services domain. He has rich experience in Enterprise Architecture and Design, Solution Architecture, Application Portfolio Management and Application Transformation to Cloud. He has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, delivered large scale projects, and leveraged diverse teams in several leadership roles in large multinational Organizations. Karthik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Engineering, from Regional Engineering College (REC), Surat in India.

Sonia Lazar

HR Specialist - Products
Sonia Lazar has a close & long association with Klaus Management. With 25+ years of HR experience, and 2 of her longest & richest stints being in Wipro Technologies and Vista Info Systems, she gained in-depth exposure to the functioning of HR in both large and mid-sized IT companies. Her strength is in HR Process Automation. In her new role, Sonia will be working closely with the Enterprise Application / Products Team to bring out products aligned to our time-tested and mature processes.

Vishwanath Vijay Anand V

Deputy General Manager - Analytics
Vishwanath (popularly known as Vishwa) comes with a comprehensive 15+ years of industry experience in Business Intelligence Analytics and Employee Relations. He has led and managed end-to-end strategic and business impacting improvement programs for clients and the company that helped in improving the top-line and bottom-line performances. He has hands-on experience in providing solutions to streamline and automate workflow to better the performance. He has rich experience in people management with in-depth knowledge in implementing customized Employee Engagement modules to understand the employee satisfaction index.
