Klaus was engaged to commence a Training Center in Chennai Tamil Nadu, which is fully operational in meeting all guidelines specified by the MoRD and is in line with the SOP of the prestigious DDUGKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) Skilling program. The training center & hostel facilities can accommodate more than 60 students with all the necessary amenities & tools such as computers, tablets, internet connectivity, curriculum & dining facilities.
The program aims at training 400 students from rural areas (Minimum qualification required is a degree in any stream) and the duration of training will be for 3 months in the courses listed below:
CRM DOMESTIC NON-VOICE BPO EXECUTIVE
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TRAINEE
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
The students will be imparted soft skills training with emphasis on spoken / written English in addition to the above skills.
