Consulting

Klaus provides Consulting Services in both IT and Engineering Space by hiring experienced and qualified people and having them assigned to client's projects either at Klaus office(s) or at client location.

Managed Services Model

Klaus executes projects in Managed Services Model in both IT and Engineering Space where Klaus takes complete ownership of the project(s) and responsibility for maintaining the processes and functions of the customer in order to improve operations and cut down expenses.

Time and Material (T&M)

Klaus also executes projects in Time & Material Model in both IT and Engineering Space where the projects are managed by Klaus either at Klaus office(s) or at client locations. The customers are billed on the time spent on a project.

Skill Development

And what better platform than to tie up with the Government of India through the initiatives being rolled out at the central and state departments. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)

This uniquely focused Rural Youth Program (Initiated by Ministry of Rural Development MoRD) targets youth between the ages of 15 and 35 from poor families. As a part of the Skill India campaign, it plays an instrumental role in supporting the social and economic programs of the government like the Make-In-India, Digital India, Smart Cities and Start-Up India, Stand-Up India campaigns.

DDU-GKY takes pride in its partners and their ability to add value and innovation, encouraging them to build capacity and scale up. Its unique implementation structure involves partners who by nature are committed to changing lives and are experts in their areas, forming a part of the Skilling Ecosystem integrated by DDU-GKY. Partners are supported through investment, capacity building, strategies for retention, linkages to international placement and technology support for training purposes.

We at Klaus have planned to operate skill development centers in South India, namely to start with Karnataka & Tamil Nadu. The aim of these centers would be to improve access for candidates belonging to the “below-the-poverty line” segment, by training, assessing, and certifying them in skills such as Software Development, CRM Support and Retail Sales Management along with assured placement in top MNC’s and large Indian corporates.

NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING SCHEME (NATS)

This is a one-year program equipping technically qualified youth with practical knowledge and skills required in their field of work. The Apprentices are imparted training by the organizations at their place of work. Trained Managers with well-developed training modules ensure that Apprentices learn the job quickly and competently.
